Lately I’ve been all about routine! I feel like it sets the tone for the day and it just helps me to be more productive in general. I like to wake up with a plan in mind, and as I’m sure many of you have heard; it takes 21 days to build a habit. I’m sharing with you 3 things I incorporate into my morning routine that helps me to be the best version of me everyday.
- Reminder: “What can you do today to be the best version of yourself?” This reminder is set on my phone to go off every morning at 5:00 am. It just helps me to remember my “why” and to wake up with intention. And the beauty of it being synced in my iCloud is that it appears on my iPad, MacBook, phone and apple watch so I constantly have that reminder.
- The Bible App: I love the verse of the day, and I love the fact that it keeps up with the days and if you log in every day of the week you get notified that you have a “perfect week.” To hold myself accountable the first thing I do in my planner is write the verse down in the same daily spot. My planner is something I look at daily so when I see that specific spot in my planner I know to go to the app and read the verse of the day.
- VItamins: Right now I am loving the liquid vitamin by Mary Ruth. It not only tastes good but it gives me energy! It’s a multivitamin so it has tons of benefits for other things other than energy. I take one tablespoon every morning while my morning coffee is brewing and I follow it with a cup of h20 (1 cup down, 7 more to go). I order it from Amazon here . But if you go to their site here you can use the code LIQUIDTEN for 10.00 off your first purchase. It’s worth it!
Routines aren’t easy but I was inspired to update my AM routine after listening to Terri Savelle Foy’s Podcast where she shared her DAILY ROUTINE.
